Can I order a sold out pin/earring design?
Yes!
If you've had your eye on any previous clay designs but missed your chance to purchase them I can make you a custom pair.
There will be an added fee to make a one off item for you as this usually takes longer than my regular batches for shop updates.

Can I track my order?
If you have upgraded your delivery method to tracked shipping (Option to upgrade at checkout) you will be given a tracking number which you can then use to see where your order is.
If you haven't upgraded your delivery method then unfortunately there's no way of tracking your order.

My order is lost - can you help?
If you have purchased tracked shipping you can report a lost item via the delivery company and use your tracking number to keep updated on its whereabouts.
Unfortunately if you purchased standard shipping I have no way of finding your order and I am unable to offer replacements/refunds. I'm a one person owned business & as much as I'd like to replace lost orders, I just can't afford to. Thankyou for understanding.
Tracked shipping is always recommended - especially for international orders!
Is your shop eco-friendly?
No. I try to make planet conscious decisions when purchasing things for my shop but unfortunately it isn't always accessible.
Some of the cello bags that protect my items are made of plant based materials and are biodegradable, the same with glassine bags.
I use paper confetti & re-use bubble wrap and other packing supplies. Most of my packaging is recyclable such as backing cards and hard backed mailers.
I am always trying to improve the impact my choices make on this world but it takes time. Hopefully one day my shop will be plastic free!
