Return Policy:
1) A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This fee covers order processing costs, Etsy fees, and initial shipping expenses.
2) Non-Returnable Items
• Chains – All chains are cut to size per order and cannot be returned.
• Made-to-Order Items – We do not accept returns on made-to-order pieces, including but not limited to:

••• Any custom orders or custom listings
• Beads – Beads cut loose from their strand are non-returnable.
3) Size Variations
• Please allow for a ±0.5mm size variation in beads, as minor differences are normal in the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects.
