Shipping

Please double check your address. If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, I will not be able to issue replacements/refunds once the order has shipped, but the item can be reshipped at the buyer's cost of the order plus shipping. Please contact me if this happens.

I do not issue replacements/refunds orders that have been marked as 'delivered' or are unclaimed due to unpaid customs. Please contact USPS if your order was marked delivered and you did not receive it.

I am not responsible for shipping delays and do not offer refunds caused by shipping delays (as this is a 3rd party responsibility and therefore not in my control)

Are your stickers waterproof?

While the stickers are water resistant they are not intended to be left in water for long periods of time and not intended for outdoor use.

For best results hand wash your items that have the sticker applied.

Stickers are intended for indoor use only.

Tips

Tips
- Ensure surface is clean before applying
- Peel sticker and place on desired location
- If you need to remove a sticker and a sticky residue is left behind, clean with an alcohol wipe to remove residue.
- Stickers work best on smooth, non textured surfaces.
- Please allow at least 24 hours before getting the sticker wet for best results.

Does my order have tracking?

At checkout you have the option to upgrade to USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. If you paid for the upgraded shipping, you will be provided with a tracking number upon receiving your shipping confirmation. You can then track your order on the official USPS website.

If you have any issues with your tracked order please contact USPS Customer Service and they can assist you.

My order says "Pre-Transit"

If you chose 'Standard USPS First Class Mail without tracking', then your order was shipped with USPS - Pitney Bowes. The postal service DOES NOT offer tracking for letter size mail, only for packages. Therefore, the 'tracing number' providing by Pitney Bowes is not an official tracking number. This tracing number barcode may or may not get scanned when sort by the postal machines. In result, your order may state Pre-Transit even after it has been shipped. But please don't worry all orders are shipping on the date your shipping confirmation is emailed to you.
