Shipping prices?

Your parcels are automatically being upgraded to airmail track, at no extra cost to you.

When will I get my parcel?

🇬🇧 Parcels are sent out by 1st class post... Usual delivery times are 1 to 3 working days.
But maybe longer if it's around a seasonal holiday. ❤️

I automatically send international orders out by international track at no extra cost to you, I can then keep an eye out for it as it travels through the mail system.

International delivery could be at least 2 to 4 weeks, please be aware of this before leaving a review. Although the delivery is getting better as we come out of the covid crisis.

Do you except returns?

I do except returns, even on special orders, I would prefer my customers to enjoy their handcrafted jewellery rather then not.

Returns must be sent back to us in the original packing within 30 days of receiving it. I may ask you to take a few pictures if the item (s) were damaged in transit, before sending your order back.

Because I'm happy to take returns I am not responsible for returning postage charges, especially if you received free postage to start the parcels journey.

Please contact us 1st before sending it back with the reason it is being sent back.

Custom and personalised orders

Metals used?

All enamelled earrings are fitted with sterling silver ear fittings.

Beaded earrings

Although I state they are for pierced ears only.... I can change to non pierced ears on some of the earrings. Just let me know in the sellers comment at my checkout.

All other pieces apart from the enamels are fitted with silver plated and nickel free metals or sometimes with gilt plated and nickel free metals.

All items are measured and will be in descriptions.
