UK GDPR Privacy Policy for BlueCherryCreates

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from BlueCherryCreates, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

To comply with the UK GDPR, I am the data controller of your personal information regarding your purchase.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as:

Delivery Service Providers: I engage trusted third parties (such as Royal Mail) to perform functions and deliver parcels to my shop. I will share your delivery address and name with them, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I generally store purchase records for 6 years to comply with HMRC self-assessment requirements.
