RETURNS and REFUNDS
Each order is made on demand so we do not accept returns and exchanges due to change of mind.

If you find the product to be damaged in transit, please connect with us via Etsy Message. A Bohimso representative will promptly contact you for additional details.

• You can only initiate a return for an order that has been delivered and damaged in transit.
• You have 24h from the delivery to notify Bohimso and request a return. Please provide your name, order number or transaction ID, and photos of the damaged item.
• You will be issued a shipping label to return the returned products at Bohimso's expense or you may be compensated for the return shipping
• The refund will be at full value for the returned product.
• Refunds for returned products will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase
• Credits will be applied within ten business days after the return is accepted back to Bohimso's facility
• You are responsible for the return shipping and it is advised that a trackable shipping method is used

CANCELLATION
• You can only cancel an order within 1 hour of your purchase.
• The refund will be at full value for the canceled product.
• Refunds for canceled products will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the purchase
• Credits will be applied within ten business days after the cancellation is accepted by Bohimso

CHANGES TO DELIVERY ADDRESS
• In the event you need to change your delivery address this must be communicated to us by Etsy message. Please provide your name, order number or transaction ID.
• Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
• Updating the address on your account will not change ordered delivery address requests.

SHIPPING METHOD
• We use USPS First Class Mail for small and medium up to 1 lb packages, and USPS Priority Mail for larger packages that weigh over 1 lb and up to 6 lb.
