Custom and personalized orders

While we do not offer customizations, we can accommodate minor modifications to our products. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Due to our production partners handling the shipments, we are currently unable to provide special gift packaging. Thank you for your understanding.

Wholesale availability

We usually publish a limited selection of products per article, but we are capable of producing larger quantities. Orders of 20 or more identical items are considered wholesale and may be eligible for a shipping discount. If your order is being shipped to the United States, Canada, or Germany, please contact us to apply the discount.

Please keep in mind the production times. While individual products are typically made within a few days, wholesale orders may take a week or more to fulfill. If you're planning a bulk purchase, we recommend placing your order well in advance.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please follow these steps:

1. Inspect the Item: Carefully check the product for any visible damage.
2. Document the Damage: Please ensure you provide a minimum of 10 clear photographs with the damage visible.
3. Contact Us: Reach out to us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos you took.
4. Return Process: We will assist you with the return process and provide instructions for obtaining a replacement or a refund, based on your preference. Please note that if you choose to receive a replacement, you cannot request a refund, and vice versa.

We are committed to your satisfaction, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance.

What happens if the color is not as I imagined or I see it differently on the monitor?

Please ensure to provide at least 10 clear photographs under different lighting conditions, such as natural and artificial light, to accurately represent color variation.
Keep in mind that slight color differences may occur due to variations between the monitor screen and the actual product. We kindly ask that you do not edit or alter the photos, as we have methods to detect any modifications. Please note that color discrepancies will not be considered valid reasons for a refund.

The stitches do not seem neat to me, can I request a refund?

Please note that this is a factory-produced item and not haute couture. Minor overlaps in the stitching may be present and do not affect the overall appearance or functionality of the product. We will only address seam issues if they involve tearing or impair the item's usability.

I took the product out of the package, and it's crushed. Can I request a refund?

No! Feel free to shape it with your hands and use it however you like. Just keep in mind that the packaging comes in a bag, which the mail service handles along with many other packages, so it can sometimes get crushed. It's not a delicate, high-end item shipped in a box, so a little wear and tear is normal.

Final Clarification

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the possibility that the final product may differ slightly from the images displayed. We are responsible if the product arrives damaged or not as ordered. However, we are not responsible if the final object does not match your personal expectations or imagination.
