Frequently asked questions
1. What do you sell?
I sell DIGITAL items related to party events: Birthdays, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers etc. These are not physical items, and nothing will be shipped.
Two types of files are available:
1. Editable templates via Canva website
2. Instant downloads (non-editable) - available on Etsy after purchase
2. How does this work with Canva?
1. Purchase the file(s) you want on Etsy.
2. Click on link in Etsy transaction email. Alternately, you can access your file(s) if you go to Your Account and then Purchases & Reviews. If using your phone, don't use the app, rather log into Etsy from your phone's browser. Download the PDFs associated with your order.
3. Click on the CANVA link(s) in your PDF and open a free account on CANVA or log into the existing one. If you are using your phone, make sure not to open Canva Links file via Canva app as the links won't be clickable, rather open it as "Just PDF".
4. Personalize your file(s), then save.
5. Download your file(s) and print/send.
3. How can I access my instant download files on Etsy?
- You can access your files at all times by going to "Your account" at the top right corner of your screen, then click Purchases & Reviews and then on your order. There is a download link next to each file, so you can download them directly to your computer.
- If you are using a phone, you can not access the files through Etsy App, but you can still access them via phone browser following the same steps explained above, just first log on to Etsy on your phone's browser.
