Loved by my dogs
Growing up in Brazil, I just loved drawing and painting for fun. In school, art was my favorite class. I actually got some great grades and many compliments. At 15, I started working at a furniture factory where I learned about perspective and project designing. It was here in the U.S. that I adopted my precious Yorkie, Fofa. I rediscovered my urge to create art and discovering digital painting was a revelation. Though I also enjoyed traditional painting, I now had a medium that was mess free! As I was never a realist artist, I started by making cartoons and a blog comic strip that made fun of my own life and my struggles with English. The best part for me was adding Fofa in my drawings. This led to drawing other dogs and displaying my work online, and before I knew it, I had my first commissioned requested. I still can't believe that people actually pay me to do what I love. I never in my wildest dreams would have guessed that I would be selling my art.
Mr.Toby Waffles is our Cavapoo boy, we adopted him as puppy, through the assistance of the wonderful people at Yorkie 911, a very loving sweet boy, the was found in a dumpster in NY, almost dead.
I would rescue all dogs in the world if I could, but I can’t, here is my way on helping dogs in need. This are some charities the I help:
