Professionally trained, Carolyn Nikolai studied her craft at the renowned Sheridan College, in Oakville, Ontario and later honed her skills as a freelance artist. Her passion for horses has long since been a driving force behind her art.

From classic portraits and traditional full body equine paintings, to memorial portraits of your beloved horse and pony, each piece is hand painted with exquisite detail. Working primarily with acrylic paint on gallery style canvas, Carolyn captures each animal’s essence with realistic precision. Newly introduced graphite drawings are also available.

Adding a line of fine paper goods to the shop, equine lovers can now also shop her collection of gifts and cards tailored toward the modern-day equestrian.

An avid equestrian, Carolyn currently resides in Ottawa and competes on the hunter/jumper A-Circuit.
