The inspiration behind my journey xx

This is me making my dreams come true

My story started in March 2018 when my beautiful daughter Grace was born prematurely, whilst she was in the special baby unit they gave her a hand crocheted baby blanket. They made her first few days so much easier for us by providing clothes for her as everything we had purchased was miles too big. When she was discharged they allowed her to take the special blanket with her, this is when i decided i would like to make to replace this one for another baby to use. So with the help of youtube i learnt and provided the unit with a few less than perfect items which they were very grateful for, they also asked if they could sell them to make money for the unit as they have so many handmade items already. This is when i decided to raise money instead so i ran a charity day and raised £2,500 for the first year and now i donate 10% of my sales to various charities that hold a special place in my family’s hearts 💕
