Ever since I was young, I was encouraged to express myself through creativity. My father was always my number one supporter, introducing me to new mediums and spending the few weekends we had together making art with me. My father, brother and I also played a ton of video games and watched anime together, causing my brain to forever be full of my favorite characters, creatures, and soundtracks.
I was in college when the pandemic hit, making everything very bleak and hitting me right in the motivation. It was already hard enough creating while working and taking classes. Right around that time, I began reconnecting with an old friend, another artist, who planned a craft day for us. She got a cute lil pack of beads and we made necklaces together for the first time. That was my aha moment. The joy in creating was rekindled through sharing such a beautiful experience together. That's when I picked up clay again and began incorporating my new favorite mediums in combination with one another :)
I graduated college and decided to share these creations with the world.
