How do I provide you with my photos for the charms?

After you have placed your order, click on your account's "purchases" link, find your order, and click on "Contact The Shop". It will open a message box where you can send us a note and attach your pictures by using the "attach your image" link found at the bottom right corner of your message box. You will only be able to send 3 attachments at a time, so you may need to send more than one message.

You may provide us with the photos before your order, in case you want to ensure that they will work for the intended purchase.

Photos can be converted to Black & White upon request.

High quality and resolution photos preferred, and no cropping is required, as we do that for you.

Care instructions

Your beautiful custom photo jewelry should never be worn around water. It is water resistant but not waterproof. Keep harsh chemicals away from jewelry, especially lotion/perfume/cleaning products, etc. Jewelry should always be the last thing on and the first thing off.

When not wearing, please keep dry/clean jewelry piece stored in the a jewelry storage bag to prevent early tarnishing.

Cleaning: you may gently clean/buff your jewelry with a soft cloth (i.e. microfiber cloth). Sterling silver/pearls require proper care, please research proper jewelry care for your preferred care method.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD / Small parts. Jewelry intended for ages 14 and up. Use at your own risk.

Shipping and Handling

Please review the shipping processing time while ordering as it does vary depending on how busy we are. If you have ordered a photo jewelry piece, please provide/send us the needed photos in a timely matter so that may start working on your order promptly. You can send before or after purchase via Etsy message.

We ship via USPS.

Priority Shipping: please know that there is no difference in the crafting/processing time of your item(s), this does not include a rush service. Priority Shipping is only the choice of USPS shipment service by which the item(s) will be shipped.

We are not responsible for shipping transit times and delays from shipping service, this is outside of our control.

Custom and personalized orders

We do not do custom engraving. If you do not see what would like and require a custom order, please contact us! We do take custom order and try our best to accommodate your needs and desires.
