Many of my charms are made from Tibetan silver which can contain nickel, but neither myself nor previous buyers have had any issue with this material.

Many of my earrings are statement earrings, which means they measure up to and over 4 inches in length. All necklaces and chokers are sized to fit, again see the descriptions for specific details. For wholesale inquiries, please message me directly. Inquiries under 100 units will not qualify for typical wholesale rates, but I am amenable a bulk discount for significantly large enough orders.

I do not use precious metals in my jewelry, as such the plating and metal will naturally darken over time. To avoid exacerbating this, please be mindful not to expose your jewelry to water, lotions, aggressive perfumes, etc. A standard store bought jewelry cleaner or a mixture of water, baking soda, and lemon juice will help brighten your pieces. All stainless steel pieces are tarnish resistant and will not darken, however if they do need a clean, a simple dish soap and water mixture will remove any residue easily.

For custom orders, please message me so we can discuss design elements and pricing. Please do not order an item with a list of customizations in the note; the order will be cancelled, you will be refunded, and I will request that you please discuss customization with me, first.

All items in the US ship via USPS First Class Mail which typically takes 2-5 days to deliver. Parasols ship via USPS Parcel Select Ground. This does not include my processing times, which at present is 1-3 days. Please order at least 8 business days in advance of when you need the item(s).

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please message me asap!

I ship internationally with USPS First Class Package International Service. Delivery times vary depending on your country of residence, and Etsy will provide you an ETA. Due to LUCID restrictions, I do not ship to Germany.

Please request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order as I often tend to ship items next day. Once your order is in transit, you cannot request a cancellation or for that matter an address change. You will have to wait until you receive your item to begin the return process, in which case I will generate you a return label, and when I receive the item back, you will be refunded minus the cost of the return shipping.

My return window is up to 7 days after you have received your order. Returns/refunds will not be issued after this window closes or if I have nor received the item back.

Returns/refunds will not be issued for reasons of inadequate fit. All sizing information is thoroughly detailed in listing descriptions.

If your order arrives damaged, please message me immediately before leaving a review! I want you to receive exactly what you paid for and will happily send replacements in the event that USPS delivered your jewelry in a subpar state.

If USPS has marked your item as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the PO that services your address, or wait a few days as sometimes the PO tends to prematurely mark delivery. If neither of these options works, please message me asap so I can make my own inquiries and implement the best solution from there.
