Answered all my questions, handle our special requests, and got us the masks before our services. She even sent my family a condolence sweet card and gift. She really went above and beyond and made my day! I can not say enough about her! The silk masks are thin and lightweight. You can barely feel the bands behind your ears. So comfortable! The cotton masks are thicker and durable but also very comfortable. Just depends on your preference. Great quality! Great customer service!

Q: What do I do if there is a mishap in transit?
A: We're here to help! We do not anticipate any breakages with mugs, travel mugs or tumblers because we use custom fragile packaging materials to ensure your item will not break in the transit. In the off chance it does (... it won't) We will resend, if it arrives broken.
B. Buyer is responsible to make sure the “ship to address” is correct at checkout. We are not responsible nor liable for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.
C. Should a package be returned to us by USPS as undeliverable said package will subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item.
Q. Can I order in bulk for a special occasion?
YES. We support bulk orders for any occasion. Pick from the catalog and have it personalized or send in your design. [We will not reuse your design]. We have a graphic artist on-board that will walk you through the layout [a small "gratitude offering" will apply]. We will work through the delivery times with you. Typically, we ask 14 days once the design is finalized, however most bulk orders are shipped before that time.

Do all Mugs Have Handles?
Yes, the shaped C-handle allow control when drinking, enjoying soups, cereals or ice cream (for example) and ease of grip.
How does the once a month FREE MUG offer work?
We randomly select a “favorite” item. We notify you via email of offer. We remit on 15th of the following month when requirements are met.
