Custom Finishes. Client Owned Furniture.

Are you local to McKinney, Texas, and have a piece of furniture that could use a makeover or that you would like to have updated? We are happy to work with local clients customizing furniture according to their vision.

Not local and would like me to source a piece to customize for you? I would love to discuss your vision and make your furniture dreams come true!

As a complimentary service, shipping on custom pieces will be arranged after your custom furniture has been completed and agreed upon payment has been received in full.

There are no returns, no refunds, exchanges, guarantees, or warranties on customized furniture.

*Turn around time varies between 6-8 weeks. Message me for more details!

Care instructions

Care Instructions will be sent along with your newly refinished piece. Please read and adhere to care instruction guidelines.

Care and maintenance for purchased pieces are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for any repairs or responsible to fix cosmetic or other issues that may arise once the furniture has left our shop.

All Sales are Final.

All of our pieces are Sold As Is. We adhere to a strict No Cancellations, No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges Policy. We do not offer warranties or guarantees of any kind so please make sure you love your piece and have measured your space before your purchase.

Additional photos and information are available upon request so please don't hesitate to message us before making your purchase.

Click2Restore is not responsible for any damage or lost items that may occur during transit. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and note any damage to the shipper as you will need to file a claim with them directly.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping/Delivery

Your items may arrive on a pallet, crated, boxed, Blanket wrapped or in some cases, minor assembly may be required. White glove or blanket wrap deliveries will be carried to the ground floor of your home or to your doorstep if it is an apartments with elevator. If there isn’t an elevator then the buyer will be responsible for carrying the piece from the ground floor. Smaller items will be boxed and delivered via FedEx or other shipping companies. All deliveries require an adult present at the time of delivery to sign off.

Local Delivery also available for a fee.

Damaged/Lost/Stolen Items During Transit

Click2Restore is not responsible for any damage, lost or stolen items that may occur during transit.

If your item is lost or damaged during transit, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to carry out the claims process with the shipping company. Click2Restoer will provide you with the necessary information to file your claim and assist in the process as needed.

Click2Restore ships furniture using third party independent shipping companies, all of which are responsible for the furniture once it has left the shop. We ask that you do not leave neutral or negative feedback for errors or mishaps that occur during transit as these unfortunate situations are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Please be aware that all of our pieces have been pre-owned and pre-loved, most are vintage or antique. Because the furniture has a history, it usually has perfect imperfections that we believe give it character, charm, and unique beauty.

Pieces needing repair have been repaired to the best of our ability and knowledge and are in good working condition (unless specified).

Colors may vary from what you see on your screen due to lighting, monitor settings, and other variables.

All of our pieces are hand-painted. There will be occasional brush strokes and there may be minor imperfections in the finish. That is the beauty, charm, and character of a piece that has been lovingly painted by hand.
