I didn't get a tracking number!
✧If you chose Standard shipping, there is no tracking number included. This is so that I can keep shipping costs low to my customers. I will not have any other info regarding your order once I've dispatched it. If you chose Tracked shipping, then you should have received a tracking number with the dispatch notification email. If you didn't, message me and I'll get it to you right away.
My keychain doesn't look as shiny as it's supposed to!
✧You're most likely going to have plastic film on your keychains. They make your items look a little translucent and scratched up, rather than clear and shiny. You can carefully peel this off to reveal your keychains' true colors!
I didn't get my order!
✧Orders are taking a lot longer to deliver due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, and weather issues within the United States. At the moment, most orders are taking around a month to be delivered with standard shipping and sometimes more in rare cases.
