All our products are custom-made specifically for your order. Due to the personalised nature of our items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will require clear photos of the damage for assessment. In such cases, we will gladly replace the item or offer a refund.

Our 3D printed letters can be stuck to a variety of materials such as walls, wood, acrylic sheets, foam or fabric boards and canvas. Please consider an appropriate adhesion option for each material, depending on text size and longevity required.

Measure the space available for your sign, taking into account your desired layout. Keep in mind, each letter may have to be placed individually.
Ensure you have a flat, even surface to ease with placement and adhesion.

• Super Glue: For permanent adhesion. Apply sparingly on the back of each letter to avoid excess glue seeping out.

• 3M Command Strips: For temporary or reusable adhesion. Great option for sticking directly onto venue walls without causing damage. As strips come mainly in rectangle pieces, you may have to cut them to fit appropriately.

• Double-Sided Foam Tape: Great for large letters and give a floating appearance. Note: Tape may damage surfaces on removal.

• Bostik Blu-Tack: For non-permanent adhesion. Blu-Tack can be used on a wide range of surfaces. Place on all corners and the centre of the character to ensure even contact with the surface.
Note: Blu-Tack may lose adhesion after long periods in hot or humid environments.

For custom signs, the size of the printed characters will be based off the height of the *TALLEST UPPERCASE LETTER* ordered. The remaining lowercase letters will be scaled according to the font style.

LARGE LETTER Height: 15cm x Depth: 1cm (10mm)
MEDIUM LETTER Height: 12cm x Depth: 8mm
SMALL LETTER Height: 9cm x Depth: 8mm

• Pricing is dependent on the number of words and character size.

• Single characters (e.g. a, I, &, -, +) should be EXCLUDED from your word count when purchasing.

• Multiple initials (e.g. A, J, or B & R etc) should be counted as **one word** when purchasing.

• Hyphenated words are counted as two words.
