Once your payment is processed, Etsy will send you an email with a download link. You can also find your files by going to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews and clicking "Download Files" next to your order.
Can I download my pattern on the Etsy app?
No, Etsy does not support digital downloads through the mobile app. To access your files, open Etsy in a web browser (on your phone or computer), go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews, and download your files from there.
I can’t find my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, go to Your Account > Purchases & Reviews on Etsy and download your files from there. If you're having trouble, feel free to message me!
Can I sell the finished items made from your patterns?
Yes! You’re welcome to sell items made using my patterns, but please credit my shop as the pattern designer in your listings or product descriptions. Mass production and redistribution of my patterns are not allowed.
Do you offer refunds on digital patterns?
