NOTE: We use only top-quality fabric and webbing. Fabrics are chosen from designer collections, Miller, Kaufman, Blake, Moda, Amy Butler, etc.
We chose a nylon product for our key chain webbing (underside of the keychain) as opposed to cotton. Nylon is a superior product for the underside of the wristlets. It is mildew and odor resistant, it holds up to wear and resists shredding.

Bob and I are a good team. Bob handles all of the incoming orders, he orders supplies, cuts fabric, pulls the orders and when they are ready he is in charge of assembly and shipping. I handle all of the sewing and embroidery duties.

Custom and personalized orders
You can supply all personalized and monogram information in the Notes to Seller Section at check out. In addition, please let us know if you have a font preference or webbing color preference. Please consult photos for font samples and webbing color choices. When there is no font and webbing information supplied, we will use our discretion choosing one for you.
Care instructions
Most of our items are constructed with high quality cotton quilting fabric. Hand washing is suggested. Lay flat to dry.
Canvas Bags should be spot cleaned.
Polyester Cosmetic Bags can be wiped clean with water or a mild soap.
Can I change the length of my wristlet keychain or lanyard
If you would like the length of your wristlet or lanyard longer or shorter, please let us know in the Note to Seller at check out. We generally do not charge for small length alterations, however, if the change is significant, there may be an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you wish to change the dimensions of your item.
When will my item ship
All of our items generally ship within 24 -48 hours. If we anticipate any delay, we will advise you promptly.
