Where can I find my digital download?
Go under your Profile > Purchases and if your payment has been cleared, there will be a link to download your file(s)

What is your processing time?
My processing time is generally 1-3 business days.
However, please refer to the processing time for each individual listing as some may vary. The first day the order is placed does not count towards the 1-3 time frame unless made before 9am EST.
I printed my order and it has a mistake, what do I do?
Bummer! No one likes to hear that.
When you receive your proof, it is your responsibility to report any mistakes in design or content prior to printing. We will be happy to make a simple edit if something isn't correct.
However, this shop is not responsible for an error in the final product.
I need to update my information on a previous purchase.

Do you make custom designs/requests?
YES! It really just depends on the type of request but generally we create all types of custom orders that fit your need! Simply send us a message and we'd be happy to give you a quote :)
Can I resell the digital file I purchased?
Unfortunately not. Since the nature of our business is to sell these designs, they are not for re-sale and are the commercial property of Creative Payper.
Do you provide a discount on multiple orders or group orders?
