Welcome
A few years ago, in one of my moments of procrastination (trying to avoid college homework), I went to my local craft store, picked up all the materials I would need to crochet a hat, sat down to a couple YouTube videos and worked into the wee hours of the morning until it was finished.
I haven't looked back since.
Crafting has always been a hobby of mine, ranging from jewelry making, scrapbooking, leather stamping, crocheting, knitting, and more. All of which have been self-taught (paired with some tips & tricks I've learned from others along the way). I am so grateful for my gift to be able to look at something and figure out how to make it.
This shop came about in response to family, friends, and strangers who took notice of my work. I'm reminded of the movie Field of Dreams, where advice was given to Kevin Costner, "If you build it, they will come." Now I'm not talking about baseball here, but I see it as, If you want it, I will make it. (In regards to crochet/knit, of course. Limitations may apply.)
I love being challenged to try new things in my craft, as well as visiting old favorites.
Knitting and crocheting is something I do for myself, which brings me such peace and joy. This shop is something I want to do for you, to bring you quality, handmade pieces that will bring you the same peace and joy I feel when making them.

Every 10th project I work on is a pair of knitted knockers, which is donated to this wonderful organization providing a free alternative to plastic surgery for women who have had a mastectomy. These knitted knockers are made by people all over the world and sent to women all over the world. For more information about this organization, please visit knittedknockers.org
