Please note that typical turnaround time is 3-6 business days prior to your order being shipped- for custom artwork, turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. Everything is made-to-order, so please be patient. I cannot accept any returns or exchanges on custom items due to their personalized nature. Once an item's tracking is marked "delivered", I will do my best to help you in the event it is missing, but ultimately the buyer will have to file any reports with USPS or with the police in the event of mail theft or loss.
