Thank you for your interest in my shop. If you are thinking of buying a doll from me and have any questions, please do get in touch. I am happy to take custom orders, but my dolls do take several weeks to make, so I would need plenty of notice.

Payment

I accept paypal or cheques, if paying by cheque, I would require that payment clears before I ship your order. I am also happy to do a lay away option, worked out on an individual basis..just ask!:)

I am happy to ship my dolls abroad, but I have to mention that if the shipment incurs any import tax, that I would no be liable for this cost. Please consider this before purchasing.

Delivery

Once you have made your purchase, I will research a courier and get the best price available, The cost may vary, and is sometimes different to the shipping cost stated..if it is more than expected, I will contact you and let you know the full cost, and bill for the outstanding amount. If the cost is less than you have paid, I will refund you.
