From bug spray to beach waves to post-sun body butter and hair oil. And because of the warmer temperature, your face wash may arrive melt-y. Coconut oil melts naturally at 76 degrees. Mix it up well before use or mix it and place it in the fridge to slowly harden, mixing intermittently to reincorporate the ingredients. There is nothing wrong with the product, that is just Mother Nature.

Important notes about Damn Good Face Wash:
::The face washes, toners and scrubs, should be used within three months for freshness. The face oils and body oils should be used within six months for freshness. Seasonal temperatures, temperatures within your home, and how you maintain your product (introducing water, bacteria, etc) can influence product freshness as well. Please store the products in a cool, dry place.

::Each batch is hand-made by me. Depending on the weather and temperatures, the coconut oil and the raw honey change color and consistency (coconut oil can vary between solid and liquid and the honey is dark amber in spring/summer and light yellow in fall/winter). So your face wash may look different each time you order! The toner may have sediment from the flowers or from the raw apple cider vinegar as well. Again, this is totally normal and will vary batch to batch.
