4 out of 5 starsI like the photo book I received! A few things to note that I learned during the process. The response time is 24 hours because they are in Turkey and due to the time difference you will not hear back until the next day. They were responsive though! The book I ordered was the lay flat and the pages are very much like quality cardboard in the thickness. Not a problem but I was a bit surprised. My only complaints are that one of the photos on the preview I was sent was upside down (and then corrected), the lay flat design will end up in pages with photos in the center with a crease in them (she did a good job making sure faces were not creased), and the photo quality leaves something to be desired. They were not bad but due to the high quality professional photographer photos I provided I did expect a little more clarity. Ty!
