Do you offer bulk pricing?

We do not offer bulk or wholesale pricing on toys as they are all handmade by me.
If quantity of over 25 of the *same* toy, *same* color, *same* design and *same* personalization is purchased, feel free to message me about a slight discount!

Shipping Address

Please double check the address listed before you submit your order! I will ship to the address provided to me at checkout. If you realize you gave the wrong address after purchasing, message me the correct address ASAP before I ship the order.
I am not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address given. If a package gets returned to me due to incorrect buyer address given, buyer is responsible for paying for shipping to the correct address. If a package is return to sender by the shipping company, buyer is responsible for paying for the package to be shipped out again.

Processing and Shipping Times

Processing time is how many business days it takes me to make the items before shipping. My processing time is currently 4-5 business days- not including weekends or federal holidays. Based on the shipping speed you choose, that will decide when the package will get to you after my processing time. Estimated delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. See listings for estimate processing times.

If your order is needed by a certain time, please see the estimated delivery dates during checkout and upgrade your shipping to increase the chance that it will be received in time. If the date you need it by is not listed in the estimated delivery date of the shipping method you chose, it will NOT arrive in time. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Will my order be effected by USPS delays?

Orders *may* be delayed in transit due to USPS delays. But we do not know for sure. We will send out orders in the time frame listed on the item listing, not including weekends or federal holidays. However we cannot control how long it will take the mail carrier to deliver it to you. Please keep this in mind before you order. Estimated delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. Thank you for understanding!

Can you change personalization, names, fabric color, etc. after purchase?

If you message us BEFORE we begin production on your toy, we can change the name on the toy or fabric color IF it is within the options on the listing. We will not replace fabric colors, thread colors, personalization options if the option is not already on the listing for that toy. If we are asked to change the name, color, etc AFTER creation of your toy has begun, we're unable to change it.

We are NOT responsible if you misspell your pet's name or any personalization or colors. Please double check before and after you purchase, we will make your toy as it was ordered. If you provide us with the correct name, we will change it as long as we haven't begun working on your order already.

Non-personalized toys cannot be changed.

Do you include printed invoices along with my order?

I don't include printed invoices when packaging your orders- as to help save trees! If you do need an invoice, feel free to send me a message and I can include one for you.

Do you refund toys that get torn open or damaged by my pet?

We do not refund dog toys if they get torn open or damaged. We state in each listing in a photo and in the description that the toy is made of fleece and does not hold up well to dogs who are rough with toys. If the toy is torn open by the dog, please dispose of the toy immediately to avoid the dog consuming any of its contents.

We also do not refund cat toys if they get torn open or damaged. In the case of a cat toy getting torn open, please dispose of the toy immediately to avoid the cat consuming any of its contents.

We do not refund toys if a cat does not react to the catnip as some cats don’t respond to catnip at all.

Are you open for new toy designs? Can you add additional personalization? Can you add embroidery to both sides? Can you change colors of toys?

I do not accept requests for completely new toy designs. I only offer personalization on toys that are already personalized-I do not offer *additional* personalization.
No special characters or emojis are permitted in personalization. Letters and numbers only. Toys can be made without names if requested, please leave N/A in personalization box.

Non-personalized toys can NOT be changed or personalized.

Embroidery is on one side only, can't be on both sides.

Embroidery thread and fabric colors can NOT be changed aside from what is already offered for each type of toy.

Some versions of the Etsy app don't have a personalization box option. In that case, leave a note during checkout with the names you'd like on the toys.

Can you leave catnip or a squeaker out of a toy?

Just leave a note to seller with your order stating “no catnip” or “no squeaker” if you’d like them left out! Many people prefer no catnip or squeaker so it’s no problem at all.

My package says delivered and it's not here. How do I locate it?

A few steps to help you to locate your package:
First, check the entirety of your outdoor space (indoor if applicable) and check with neighbors. Second, double check the address you sent to make sure that it's the correct address. Next, give the post office a day or two to deliver in case they marked it as delivered by mistake. If it hasn't arrived in a few days, go to your local USPS post office and ask for the GPS location of your package. If the GPS location is an incorrect address, ask USPS how to proceed and if they can locate the package. If the GPS location is correct, it may have been stolen- file a police report with your local police department. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen/missing packages.
