Can you send a proof of my order?
In order to keep our turnaround as fast as possible on all items, we DO NOT send proofs for individual orders. We do provide a font preview chart, as well as all color charts in each listing photos, as well as a link to view the specific font for each listing in the description area. If you have any questions/concerns about a font/monogram please message us.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please note - shipping does NOT include insurance. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of receiving - damaged items are replaced, NOT refunded. If you'd like to add package insurance, please message us.
