I recommend to wash and /or dry clean garments before use unless otherwise stated in the description.

Buying multiple items / Free shipping

I will gladly combine shipping for more than one item. Please let me know which items you would like to purchase and I will work out the most economical way to ship them.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Buying Antiques and Vintage

All sales are FINAL. All merchandise is sold in ‘as is’ in good vintage condition. This may vary from item to item. I do my best to make the descriptions of the items as complete as possible and to let the pictures show as much of the detail of the product as possible.

Please review the pictures carefully for any flaws as they are part of the description. If you have further questions and want more detail, please do not hesitate to contact me before buying.

Shipping Time

DesDesVintage ships worldwide from Switzerland, within three business days of receiving your payment unless otherwise communicated. Please CHECK shop announcement on the front page for any temporary shipping time changes.

Need faster delivery? You can opt for priority shipping. Swiss Post does not guarantee exact date delivery therefore I can not do either.As of 2023, DesDesVintage has an extended delivery time but items should likely arrive earlier. Post pandemic, International post is taking longer and is more expensive.

Would you like to track your order? This is charged separately by Swiss Post. Choose the option for tracking when checking out. The exception is shipping over 2kg, in which tracking and limited insurance in included.

Shipping Conditions

You are responsible for any international customs fees, VAT or taxes at the destination country. Delay may occur due to hold up at customs. DesDesVintage does not take responsibility for any delays at the customs. Please check your country's import tax regulation before ordering.

I do my utmost to pack well and securely. However, sometime fragile items do break during shipping. Therefore, for fragile and/or expensive items, it is recommended you opt for priority shipping which comes with limited insurance.

I am NOT responsible for any DAMAGE during shipment or LOST package. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know beforehand and I will help organize it.

Shipping Options

I use Swiss Post of shipping. Tracking is not included as standard and must be purchased separately. Tracking includes limited insurance upto 150chf in most cases.

The final cost of shipping depends on size, weight and destination. Please contact me before buying if you have any questions or would like a quote.

I can also organize express shipping with other shippers. Please send me a message before purchase and I will send you a quote and inform you of possible options.
