There is currently a 3 to 7 BUSINESS DAY processing time on some of our items before anything is shipped. I use USPS for shipping and the GROUND form of shipping is considered their SLOWEST but CHEAPEST option. However, if you need faster shipping, please UPGRADE your SHIPPING to PRIORITY BEFORE you checkout. The UPGRADE is for shipping only and not my PROCESSING TIME, IT STAYS THE SAME.

Please read the FULL description of each item and double-check sizes because returns are not accepted unless it is a manufactured defect. All our products are made to order so, there’re no returns or cancellations after the 12-hour window stated in my shop policies.

My CURRENT PROCESSING TIME is 5 BUSINESS DAYS unless it says otherwise on the listing and that does not include WEEKEND DAYS. Please look for the SHIP BY DATE (last date) and NOT THE ESTIMATED DATE BEFORE checking out so you can determine beforehand if there is enough time to get your order. If you need your order before a certain date, please message me BEFORE you order so I can direct you to choose PRIORITY SHIPPING. Most of my items have upgraded shipping for you to purchase before ordering because I cannot add it after the fact. I do not have READY TO SHIP items everything is made AFTER the order is placed and then it goes behind the customer in front of you and processed by the 5th business day.


MAIL INFO:
Etsy sends shipping notifications the day your package is shipped out of my shop to the email address you used at checkout. Sometimes the mail carrier does not scan the tracking barcode right away, so it does not update right away and sometimes doesn't update until it's in your state. I have seen this happen with some of my own personal orders! I do keep an eye on all packages through informed delivery with the USPS, which is a useful tool to have, and I strongly encourage you to sign up for it as well. I appreciate your patience and understanding during the transit period with USPS since I do not have any control over that system!
If your package is marked as delivered to the address you presented at checkout, please reach out to your nearby USPS who delivers your mail to get a response first before contacting me. I unfortunately can't determine what happened to your package besides seeing that it was delivered to the address given on Etsy. I can do my best along with YOUR help to reach out to YOUR HOME STATE POST OFFICE.

Every item is handcrafted after it's ordered so, please order early, and note my processing time is 5 business days and then the item ships no later than the 5th business day. Sometimes if my workload isn't full, I can "SOMETIMES" get orders shipped by the third business day but if not, they go out on the fifth business day.

Please read the description of each item so that you know what you're getting because the picture doesn't tell the full story, it's only used to "show" you what it looks like. More importantly, while the fabric is the same the placement of the design will potentially be different hence, handmade and it allows your item to a unique in a small way.
There may be multiple varieties of that item so please view ALL the pictures and READ the description. All items are sold separately unless stated in the selection box.

IF YOU ORDER A DOG PRODUCT, PLEASE ORDER BY USING MY SHOP SIZES AND MEASURE YOUR DOG AS REQUESTED BECAUSE THE SIZES MAY DEFER FROM OTHER'S.

NOTE: No dog collar is indestructible. Check frequently for wear and tear and replace it when necessary. Customer assumes all risk and liability, understanding that DesignsbyCristal is not responsible for any injury, loss, or harm caused either directly or indirectly when using this product. If you don't keep your dog's nails trimmed and sanded this product may rip if they're scratching around the neck. I am a dog mom and have seen it all because my corgi girl is a heavy chewer on toys and has scratched her collar a time or two, so I keep her nails trimmed and sanded to help prevent any wear and tear prematurely. Also, keeping those nails in check helps to keep scratches down on her dog family's body!!


Please make sure your address is correct on Etsy, PayPal, and whatever form of payment you use BEFORE checking out to avoid any delivery delays. Thanks!


Everything in my shop is handmade by me, EXCEPT FOR THE FELT and RESIN KEYCHAINS, BOOKMARKS, and RESIN COASTERS THEY ARE MADE BY MY DAUGHTER...everything else is done by myself. All my lovely items have a production time set up which is reflected in the shipping date. Please make sure you view the shipping time so you can get your item when it's needed. Having said that your lovely handmade treasure will be shipped out on the date shown on your invoice (which is set as business days and does not include weekend days) so please save the date so you won't be wondering where my order is. I have until the last day listed on your invoice to ship so unless it's past that date the order is not late. I am a one-woman operator, so it depends heavily on the volume of my customer cache to whether an order ships out fast. Since the customer can't see my cache of orders you may assume you're my only one.

PLEASE MEASURE YOUR DOGS NECK AND CHOOSE BASED OFF MY SHOPS DESCRIPTION AND NOT THAT OF ANOTHER SHOP. I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE BECAUSE YOU CHOOSE TO GAUGE MY PRODUCT AGAINST WHAT YOU GOT FROM ANOTHER SHOP. MY 3/4 WIDTH COLLARS ARE THE ONLY ONES SUITABLE FOR DOGS UNDER 15LBS SO DON'T SELECT THE 1 INCH OPTION unless this is how you buy your dog's collars.

Be sure to consider your dog's strength, breed and weight since each dog is different even within the same breed.

We OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS so please if you don't see a fabric print you like, just send me a message through ETSY and we'll get it done.

CUSTOM ORDERS...Once the detail of the custom order is finalized...agreed upon by "both" buyer and seller...the buyer has 24 hours to purchase the listing unless buyer has discussed other arrangements with the seller.

QUESTIONS ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERING...If you contact me about ordering items to be received for a specific date and I say it can be done then you would need to place the order at the time you are requesting it on or ASK me again to confirm if this arrangement is in fact still okay to do if you don't buy it at the time of inquiring. If the item(s) are not purchased on the date I agreed to accommodate you on, then that arrangement is invalid (unless you re-confirm it with me again before you order.

Also, as I've learned some computer screens show color differently as well, in which case this wouldn't be my fault. Please read the listing of information pertaining to your item in its entirety so you can be well educated in what you're getting!
