5 out of 5 starsWords can't express how happy I am with this seller and the product. The champagne place cards were absolutely beautiful for my wedding. I asked the seller to customize the place card with sunflowers, and she did so beautifully. This seller was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend!!!!! It is obvious she has a true passion for what she does since her work is so beautiful. I was very picky and she accommodated me wonderfully. You won't be disappointed!!!!

She has designed wedding invitations, thank you notes, wedding seating tags, to my save the dates. She has done it all for me, and with every design she has done it with perfection. She saw my vision and made it happen. She is sweet, professional and prompt when it comes to answering questions and emails. She made this process of wedding planning so easy for me. I definitely recommend her beautiful line to others, as I will be a returning customer. Thank you Cicilia for all of your hard work! So amazinginly talented!!:)

The seller is super friendly, engaging & quick to respond. I have recommended this seller to my family & friends, and they all love it Will I order again in the future??? DEFINITELY!!!! PS: I ordered a rush order before, but she only charged me with the normal shipping rate, isn't that nice or what?!?! She also contacted me just to make sure that my babies (my order 🤗) arrived on time...... And it was actually arrived BEFORE the deadline. So, I'm beyond impressed!!! PPS: I wish there's service ratings, because I definitely will give 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for awesome service

1 out of 5 starsThis was supposed to be a rush order. I was promised an 18 day turn over from the beginning and it too over a month. My wedding invitations went out 33 days before my wedding. I was scammed. Now I know why you made me pay in full before my product was even created.

I am sorry that you feel scammed Jenn and for the USPS shipping delayed that was beyond my control due to Memorial weekend. I aimed to give you the best customer service by willingly working on your order WITHOUT being paid rush order fee. I also gave full customization & extra proof for free (waived $30 fee). I even added some extra invitations and tags for free. Jenn paid the order on May 8th, paid for her envelopes on May 16th & I sent out her envelopes earlier. Jenn was very kind so while she was addressing her envelopes, I helped her tying the invitations together with the RSVP so she won’t have to worry about putting them together. The total time I spent to complete her 125 invitation sets was 13 business days of production timeline WITHOUT rush order fee to print, cut,& assemble.
