When I re-launched my shop in 2020, I prioritized donation-based forms of giving back to causes that are important to me. From 2020 to 2022, I chose a different nonprofit organization advocating for social justice, equality and human rights to donate a portion of my profits to each month. Unfortunately monthly monetary donations was not sustainable for my business and in 2023, I made the decision to prioritize the sustainability and longevity of my business while I continue doing the civil rights activism, mutual aid, community care and education work that I've been doing for years.
