Helpful item for insulin pump

Glad this product is available since I kept having pod failures after a workout. I used the size chart and measurements, but wish it were a little tighter. The nude is more of a light golden color.

While the band fit well on my daughter when she tried it on, it ended up slipping down throughout her cousin’s wedding. We ended up cutting a small hole in her formal dress for her pump tubing. Very disappointed.

I sent in my exact thigh size but received a band that was too large. I have contacted the seller multiple times without a response. Poor customer service.

After carefully reading the information provided, I was able to purchase an item that fit me. It works fine, but the service from this shop was awful. They marked my item as shipped but didn’t actually mail it. 9 days later I messaged asking for a status update and my item magically was shipped that day with no response. I was able to buy something that works just as well for half the cost on amazon while I was waiting for this one to arrive.

Seller marked the item as shipped but then never shipped it. No communication or update. Cancelled my order after I requested a refund through Etsy almost two weeks later.

Love the concept and idea, but the sizing was way off. I ordered a size 12, the same jean size I wear, and the band came and it was extremely small. Like hardly fit on my arm small. Just something to keep in mind when buying. Shopping was decently timed.
