I accept cancellations before an order has shipped, but once it has been dropped off at the post office I can no longer accept cancellations.

I typically do not accept returns. If the item was sold "as is" and marked as such in the title, description, and photos, I can not accept a return, because it is the buyer's responsibility to read the listing before purchasing. Because I include measurements of all my items in the description, I can not accept a return due to a garment not fitting. For all other inquiries, please message me and I will try my best to accommodate.

I try to package all my fragile items with great care, but sometimes the post office can be extremely rough with boxes in transit, and damage still happens. In the case of an item arriving damaged, please send me photos of the damage, and I will refund you. I purchase shipping insurance on all my packages, so good photos of the damage are essential to submit the shipping insurance claim. This does not apply to international orders. If you intentionally damage an item or break it while handling it, I can not offer a refund.

I offer free US shipping for orders over $35. Almost all of these orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, except for books, which are shipped via USPS Media Mail. If you want to upgrade to a faster shipping option, you can choose one at checkout for an added fee.

For orders under $35, you can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Zines ship via USPS First Class Mail, using envelopes with stamps, so there will be no tracking information available for these orders.

On the rare occasion that I sell furniture, I ship via UPS, and I take the item into the store to have it professionally packed.

International orders are shipped via USPS and then handed off to the destination country's postal service.

I ship out orders 1-3 business days after the order is placed. However, if you need your order to arrive by a specific date, I recommend messaging me and letting me know so that I can prioritize your order and ship it out ASAP.

I try to use recycled materials as much as I can when packaging, so items may arrive in clean, reused boxes. All jewelry items are placed inside of a sealed plastic bag and gift box. All clothing and soft goods are placed inside a sealed plastic bag to avoid damage during transit. When shipping fragile items, I try to use as much bubble wrap as I think is too much, and then a little more, with "fragile" stickers affixed to all sides of the box.

I source my vintage items from estate sales, garage sales, flea markets, and thrift stores. I am first in line at every sale to bring you the funkiest retro finds. I take pride in offering this curated service to customers worldwide!
