Making therapeutic hot cold microwaveable rice packs started 25 years ago when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Over the years I have experimented with different fabrics and have found that 100% cotton flannel and rice produce the most moist warmth that provides soothing comfort. Not only are these rice heating pads great to relieve pain, they also help if you just need to relax from muscle tension. I love sewing these rice packs because I know personally how much comfort they can provide to others and my goal is to provide quality products at an affordable price. I do take custom orders, so if you don't see what you are needing just message me--due to allergies all rice packs are unscented.
