~Use a soft measuring tape and measure around the largest part of your pets head. This is right in front of the ears and around the jawline. Pull the tape measure snug for an accurate measurement. Be sure your pet is standing in a relaxed position when you measure.

~If your dog has a wider neck than the head you would choose the larger of the 2 measurements. EX: my dog's head is 19" her neck is 20" she wears a 20"

❌I DO NOT recommend o ring design to be used with a leash or the plastic buckle option. Add martingale style for leash use.

⛓️ You can add a martingale chain that will allow you to use with a leash even for dogs that pull due to the tightening up of the collar and keeps them from being able to slip out of the collar. You can add this option to most collars in the shop (excludes decorative flower designs)

*Colored martingales can fade over time with daily wear*

▪️The wire is not stripped when crimped which can lead to it being pulled out if enough force is used I don't recommended for leash walking due to the chance the cable can slip out. Coated cable holds up to all conditions which is why it is used over non coated.

~This is a one person small business 🙋🏻‍♀️ and all collars are handmade by me. I am also working another job which has put this small business as a hobby rather than my main source of income.

🛍️ I sell these collars here in my Etsy shop and on my website which can cause the volume of orders to fluctuate. The website also has more designs available and runs more special events or sales during sporadic times of the year.

~ I strive to get them out as quickly as possible but sometimes due to order volume and working full time which can take the full processing time but I encourage clients to reach out if they need their order sooner as I will be happy to accommodate most requests if possible.

🧼Your collars can be hand washed with a mild soap to keep up the longevity of your collar.

🫧I recommend washing the collar after each wear. Keeping the collar clean will help you get the most use out of your purchase and keep it looking new.

⚠️If you use topical flea treatment be sure to allow it to dry completely before putting on your pet's collar. The ingredients in those treatments can remove print or shine from most beads.

🛁Also be aware that pet grooming products that contain oils can also remove shine from beads or cause the coated cable to wear off the coloring on to a pets coat if it is light colored.

❌ I do not recommend ordering a size based on other purchases from other beaded collar shops simply due to some shops add extra inches to their collars. I have had experience with a client that ordered from another shop and then purchased from me only to discover the other shop adds 1.5" to their collars.

✅ As long as you measure your pet's head correctly you should end up with a collar that fits based on those measurements. This is why it is so important to measure your pet before placing an order.
