Flo continually looks for her treaties but I have to call them DG because the mere mention of DogGraze sends her into a frenzy! I go from the usual boxes to the healthy box so she doesn't get too fat haha As always Francesca goes above and beyond to cater for your dogs needs and preferences, all you have to do is ask!

I have to call the DG because as soon as I say DogGraze she instantly goes to the drawer expecting treaties! Flo highly recommends them, she loved the bears, especially the gummies. They're so aesthetically pleasing to hoomans and I wholeheartedly recommend purchasing from DogGraze or DG. Francesca goes above and beyond to meet whatever needs or choices you ask for.

The sizes of our boxes are clearly listed on each individual listing under the description. Please do look at this information before purchasing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer a gift wrapping service - the treats are placed in the box, which is then posted within a recyclable mail bag.
Do you make custom orders?
We are able to make custom boxes, please message us with your query and we will be pleased to help!
Delivery
Please allow up to 10 working days for orders to arrive, especially if you are choosing 2nd class postage at checkout.
We use recycled materials for our packaging to help the environment.
We make every effort to ensure your box arrives in perfect condition, unfortunately sometimes they can become jumbled in transit. This is due to the nature of the product and the way in which they travel to you. We would love for every box to arrive looking as lovely as our marketing photos, but unfortunately on rare occasions, that isn't always possible.
Please pay close attention to dispatch dates which are advertised on the products and when you pay. I cannot accept cancellations for orders.
Cancellations

Ingredients
All of our treats are ethically sourced, most of them locally. If you would like a detailed list of ingredients and nutritional information at any stage of ordering, please drop us a message!
Unfortunately we can't be held responsible if your dog does not like any of the ingredients, or if they are (unknowingly) allergic to them. We do not use any toxic ingredients.
International orders
Whilst we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you on time, please be aware they can take up to 20 working days to arrive with our chosen carrier. We cannot be held responsible for any issues with delivery timescales or customs, but will do our best to assist where possible.
