Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders take 1-2 weeks for completion and shipping. Custom orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Care instructions

The wings are water and tear resistant. They can be spot cleaned with a damp, soft cloth, and then allow them to dry fully. They will come in a clear plastic bag, which I recommend keeping for storage and travel to extend the life of the wings. Be sure the wings are completely dry before returning them to the bag after use if they get wet from rain.

Sizing details

I offer many different wing sizes, from micro wings for small pets, to my large 6 winged, seraphim Wingalings for grown up fairies. For information about how to wear my wings, check out my How to Wear Your Wingalings video on YouTube:

How do you wear the Wingalings?

My Wingalings are light weight and very easy to wear. They come with a "U" shaped, soft, ribbon wrapped base that can easily be slide into the collar of your top. Issues with Shipping Delivery

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking & insurance. The customer is responsible for providing a correct mailing address.  Once USPS has accepted your package for shipping, I am not responsible for missing or lost packages. You are responsible for watching for and collecting your mail when it arrives to prevent package theft. 

If you have received items that have been damaged, notify me that you will return the goods purchased with all packaging within seven calendar days of receiving the item. Send the item back within thirty days, or you may not receive a refund or have the item(s) repaired or replaced.

Please contact me with any help you need making a claim to USPS.
