I recently bought some and the seller made me a custom pair, well when my mother in-law saw them she thought they were so adorable and funny, so I decided to get another pair and surprise her. Frequently asked questions
I need my item by a certain date, can you guarantee it will arrive on time?
Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee on time delivery of your product due to delays with USPS. Since USPS does not guarantee delivery of their mail by a certain date, unless the method of shipping is express mail, Dorothy's Reason cannot guarantee on time arrival of your item if you need it by a certain date. However, we will do everything in our power to get the item shipped out as soon as possible.
I opened my package with a scissors and cut the contents of my order. Will you replace the product?
We never recommend cutting open your package. Unfortunately, we do not replace items that have been damaged due to cutting the package open.
Someone stole my items from my mailbox can you send me another item?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. Please contact your local police department to file a stolen mail report.
My Item was lost in the mail, now what?
Unfortunately, items sometimes get lost in the mail and we are not able to control this. Please contact us if your item hasn't moved in 14 business days. We will file a lost mail claim and the post office will follow up with you regarding your lost mail. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Can I return or exchange seasonal items?
All sales are final in seasonal items. They may not be returned or exchanged. We do not guarantee on time arrival of seasonal items. A refund or return will not be permitted if your item does not arrive on time due to delays with the postal service, UPS or FedEx. Items considered seasonal feature designs that include New Years, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, and Christmas.
My order has already shipped and I realized the address is incorrect.
Unfortunately, once your package has shipped we are not able to change an address. Please double check your address is correct before placing your order.
If the package is received back the customer has the option to pay for shipping to the correct address or receive a refund for the order less the cost of shipping.
No refunds will be given if the parcel is not received back due to an incorrect address on the order.
Custom and personalized orders
If you would like to request a modification to an item you must message before placing your order to confirm we can meet your requests and so we are able to add necessary notes to your order.
If you do not message us before placing the order and send a request after placing the order we cannot guarantee the item will be made as requested.
