How long will my pendant light/extension lead be?
The length ordered (1 metre, 2 metre etc) refers to the length of cable used to build the item. The overall length of the item may differ slightly from the quoted length due to the accessories fitted to the cable. Most items are slightly longer than the quoted length by a few centimetres but occasionally the item may be slightly shorter than the quoted length, this is often only by a centimetre or two. Please take this into consideration when ordering your item.
I need to return my item for a refund, will I get the whole cost of the order back?
When a refund is offered, the item must be returned in its original condition as it was received. The refund will be for the full cost of the order minus the cost of the original postage.
If an item is returned damaged or with components missing the refund given will be the full cost of the item minus the costs of the damaged/missing components.
When will I receive my order?
Our usual turnaround time is less than 1 week from order to delivery dispatch although this can vary from 2 days to 2 weeks dependent on stock, parts availability and workload.
We try to keep stock of our most popular cables and accessories but due to our huge range of options and fluctuating order numbers we can find ourselves out of stock of items at times.
We seek to offer the best components we can find at competitive prices and have found many of these items are found in the EU. Due to the UK's new position with the EU this can occasionally cause some supplier orders to have short delays which can impact dispatch times on our orders.
