Please see my ratings prior to this review. Mostly 5 stars. I will help to rectify any issue as long as you contact me. This customer originally left a 5 star and changed it over a month later without reaching out to me. This dropped my overall shop rating to 1 star because it was the only review over the last 12 months to be counted. This is my first and only 1 star rating.

4 out of 5 starsThe seller was awesome did everything she could to get me this luggage in a very short amount of time with a very special attention to shipping cost for me she did everything in her power to make it affordable. Her sweet ice was great but both straps on both suitcases broke the first day. And the buckles are a little finicky but I know that’s not her intentional doing Great seller and will definitely shop again with her
