I started my shop in 2009 after i had just moved to New York.
I was looking to create a full time 'job' from my art as i had been for years. Coming to NYC I decided I was not going back to my old gig waiting tables. I found a new way to make income as a real estate agent. Running around New York City and meeting new people, getting to know the city wasn't so bad. I had a client one day with whom i ended up chatting about my work as an artist [and as a musician, which was my main focus for 10 years!]
The next day i called this same client and he interrupted me as i started talking and said to me 'what are you doing at this job?!' He had looked at my art site and my music site and told me i had to pursue my art full on. I stammered something about money, but he said money will follow when you follow your art and give it your all.
I hung up the phone and sat for a minute. I left the office. And never returned!
I knew he was right, i call him an angel ever since. I went home to paint. And I had been looking around everywhere and noticing how many people in the city were selling artwork on the streets or in markets.
Very soon after all this happened I went out to Union Square with a small table a bag of prints and original art and that became my living for 10 years! I ended up doing the Holiday Market there and many other cool organized events as well as setting up a table in happy and crowded spots in the city.
My Etsy shop started growing as I was showing my work in the streets. It's been a great place for me to showcase my work, to reach out to a new audience and to guide my own audience to that i meet elsewhere. I am super grateful to be able to be living off of one the things i love doing most. I still sing a lot and write a little.

In 2022 through a beautiful synchronistic meeting with author and healer Nina, we released an oracle deck for inner child healing: Inner Child & Beyond. My art has always inspired connecting feelings with the child self and /or childhood and it was a perfect match for us to create and offer this helpful tool. We self-published and through our own organic distribution got found by and signed to Hay House for worldwide release in January 2025!

I taught myself how to animate over the years and (still always learning!) i create short animated videos of my art.
