How it Started
Effloresce Herbals started out as a tiny side project to connect with herbs that thrive in our local region. How can I take the herbs that are growing abundantly around me and turn them into something easily accessible, good for the planet and good for us? I realized that the plants that we were weeding out of the market garden beds had medicinal value and started taking them home with me to experiment. I began crafting recipes with a focus on skincare, after struggling to find body products that had clean ingredients and were also in my price range. I passed these recipe experiments out to friends and family, getting feed back and refining my craft along the way.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide locally grown herbs and herbal products to our community with the intention of helping people flourish. Not only will you find herbal body products, but also herbal vinegars, tinctures, tea and spice blends and the herbs themselves. Effloresce Herbals' mission is to use plants and ingredients that have been grown or foraged by us, or sourced from local farms or shops, when crafting our recipes. We strive to use organic ingredients and sustainable packaging for our products. We believe in contributing to the sustainability of the local community and honoring the environment we live in. All of our products are made with care and high standards of cleanliness at the Baker's Table's commercial kitchen.
