4 out of 5 starsIt appears to be partial particle board. Even though item description said treated for outside use. I am really hoping it withstands the wet and rain. Two of the edges where the particle board was attached were already separating from the board slightly. Paint looked great. Very hard to hang with no instructions or advice on hanging. Wondering if we found the best way or not. Would be nice to get advice from people that have hung something of this size and weight on their house before!

We only use MDO, which is an exterior sign board made of layers of epoxy, so sometimes, when it is manufactured, there are air pockets on the side. This does not affect the quality or lifespan of the board. We use this board because it can not rot. We do include hanging instructions with the barn quilt when we ship it. If it gets lost, please feel free to reach out to us, and we are more than happy to give you any guidance or assistance with hanging your barn quilt.
