Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Our processing time ranges from 1–14 business days, depending on order volume and seasonality. This is the time required to create and prepare your order before shipment.
All orders are processed in the order received. While many orders ship sooner, we recommend planning based on the full processing window.
Processing times are updated regularly and may fluctuate during high-volume periods.
My order's USPS tracking number says it's still "Pre-Transit". Has my order shipped?
Once your order ships, tracking may take 24–72 business hours to update.
Occasionally, USPS experiences delays in scanning and tracking updates. A lack of movement does not necessarily mean your package hasn’t shipped.
Carrier delays, especially during peak seasons, are outside of our control.
I think my package is lost in the mail.
If your order is marked “Delivered” or has been in transit without updates, we recommend contacting your local USPS office directly to initiate a search.
Orders under $250 may be eligible for coverage through Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program. If applicable, you can file a claim directly with Etsy for assistance.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses.
What is your return policy?
All items are made-to-order, and we do not keep inventory on hand. Because of this, all sales are final.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a replacement or solution when needed.
Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.
How is your apparel produced?
All apparel is ethically produced in WRAP-certified facilities that are sweatshop-free and socially compliant.
Designs are printed and embroidered entirely in-house at our Southern California studio, allowing us to maintain full control over quality and finishing.
All items are produced in-house by our team, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail. We use non-toxic, CPSIA-certified inks to ensure both safety and durability.
How should I care for my items?
For printed apparel, machine wash inside out. Line drying is recommended, though low heat is acceptable. Avoid ironing directly on printed areas.
For embroidered apparel, machine wash cold and line dry. Embroidery may be ironed on low heat.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only due to current international tariffs. We hope to offer international shipping again in the future.
Can I request changes in the order notes?
We’re unable to accommodate special requests or changes submitted through order notes. For custom work, please contact us before placing your order. We’re happy to create a custom listing tailored to your request.
