Shipping

I use Royal Mail's recorded signed-for delivery service for sending my items. THIS MEANS SOMEONE WILL NEED TO BE AT THE ADDRESS TO SIGN FOR THE ITEM, OR WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE DELIVERY OR COLLECT FROM THEIR LOCAL POST OFFICE IF NO ONE IS HOME. While signed-for may be a bit more expensive it means that the deliveries are tracked, and I know they have been delivered safely. Overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail's Tracked and Signed for service.
I package all my items securely. Statues are wrapped in eco-friendly protective paper. Prayer beads are wrapped in the eco paper and inside a box.
If you would like to buy more than one item please contact me and I will provide a combined shipping quote.
Please note that for heavier items (statues) I might not be able to combine shipping costs due to weight restrictions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HEALTH REASONS I CAN ONLY POST ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK. PLEASE ORDER WITH PLENTY OF TIME IN ADVANCE.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I wrap all my statues and altar finds in teal tissue paper with a gold raffia ribbon. Prayer beads are placed in an organza bag that complements the colour of the beads used. They are then sent in boxes wrapped in green-turquoise paper and gold raffia ribbon.

Care instructions

Please be aware that all prayer strands and jewellery are a potential choking hazard and should be kept away from children and animals. Although I make my strands and jewellery with strong, flexible beading wire they are not meant to be pulled on with any force. Doing so may result in breakage.

Do not submerge the prayer strands or jewellery in water. Take a damp (not soaking wet) cloth and gently rub the beads if you need to clean them. Please try to avoid getting the metal elements wet.

The statues and finds are breakable and are not suitable for small children.

Problems with an order

If you have any problems with your order please contact me before leaving feedback. I will try to reply as soon as possible, but please be aware that sometimes I cannot answer on the same day for health reasons.

Undelivered items returned to sender

I SEND ITEMS RECORDED SIGNED-FOR - If delivery is attempted but fails and isn't rescheduled the item will be automatically returned to sender (me). I can only offer a refund on the cost of the item. If you wish the item to be posted again this will be at your own expense. The reason for this is that where delivery has been attempted but failed Royal Mail deem it the buyer's responsibility to collect it or rearrange delivery.
Items that don't arrive because they get lost in the post will be refunded in full. In this instance I can claim a refund from Royal Mail because they are deemed responsible.
