Returns and Exchanges
I do not accept returns/exchanges; however, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me and send a picture of the damaged item within a day upon delivery and I will replace the item/s.
If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you haven’t received the package, please wait a few days or ask around your neighbors. If you still can’t find your package, let me know so I can contact the carrier. Please note that because my products are handmade and/or low quantity, it is very difficult for me to replace items.
Shipping
Once I ship the packages via USPS, they are out of my control and I am not responsible for delays that might occur. However, please message me if you have any questions about tracking, ETAs, etc!
Custom and personalized orders
I can only make custom orders for earrings. If you would like to purchase custom earrings, click on “Request Custom Order” on my shop page and I will get back to you and let you know if it’s doable and give you a price and time estimate. Please note that custom earrings may take 1–2 weeks to produce.
