Please refer to the confirmation email you received upon purchase, or visit "my purchases," in the Etsy app for your estimated ship date. If your order has not shipped, it simply means I haven't gotten to it, or am in the process of making it. For specific ETA's, please refer to each item's processing time in the product description. Once an order ships, you will receive an email notification which will include your tracking information from USPS.

If your order has not shipped, you may request to change an item's color, add/remove an item(s) from your order, or cancel it.

If there are issues or delays with your delivery, the best/easiest place to get information is your local post office. In the event the courier cannot complete your delivery, it is almost always a problem with the provided address, and will immediately be returned to sender. If this happens, I will contact you to resolve the issue and make arrangements to ship it out for you again. If tracking says "delivered" but you have not received a package, first please check with your closest neighbors in case it was accidentally delivered to one of them. Otherwise, this is an unfortunate thing that happens with the USPS tracking system, and in most cases results in a simple delay of 1-3 business days. Please PM me if you have any issues like these.`

Unfortunately I have no control over these prices, foreign shipping policies, or the length of time your order may spend in customs. Rest assured, however, we only use Etsy verified shipping labels via USPS, so you will always get the best price, and reliable tracking.

All customizable items will have a "personalize" box available, which can be used to customize your item before adding it to your cart. Only customizable items will have this box, otherwise I am not currently accepting requests for customizations.

Yes. All of my designs will fit with all current versions of the Vital Bracelet series.

One fastener, and one retainer, completely optional. These and all other VB accessories may also be purchased individually from the VPET section of my shop.

Most orders will remain in pre-shipment for up to a few days. During this time, I am performing quality control, addressing any issues with my handmade items, shipment details, or anything else related to my creation/shipping protocol. Please understand this is a necessary part of my process, and cannot be avoided. Rest assured, however, I only ship using the USPS tracking system with Etsy verified shipping labels, so you will always be covered in the event that something happens to your shipment.
