Returns and Exchanges
Returns and refunds are not available. However if your art work does break, gladly send back the item back, pay for your end of shipping and I will fix it for you for free and then I will pay to send it back to you in a timely manner. Exchanges for a different item that is already available in shop is acceptable. You must send the item first, and I will send you the new item once the first item is received and checked for damages. With me being an individual who is hand pouring each individual art piece, there are no two pieces of the same. Each customer will have exactly 2 days after receiving the item and notifying me if the item was delivered broken. Thank you for understanding, Carissa.
