It's about Joy of Giving... Year 'round.
I have started as a Christmas Artist ... while working a day job ... over 2 decades ago. I used to save all my vacation time and take a leave of absence from my work before and around Christmas just to open up a seasonal kiosk at the Mall where we would personalize Christmas Stocking and Ornaments.
Then way back when Internet was created, I made my first website (... that was before Google existed - that's how long ago... ) and thought we can work on some orders during the morning hours while there are virtually no shoppers around...
To my surprise, it only took 3 Christmas Seasons and we got more orders from internet then at our retail location so I set up shop that was selling only online.
Over the years it was more and more difficult to tell my Elf helpers: "I hope you can come back in October to help us next Christmas Season" ... so I have gradually added items that were focused on year-round giving occasions.
My family and a few of our neighbors work in our shop hoping to make your gift giving very special. We realize you trust us to make something very special as a gift for your loved one. So we approach everything we make for you from that vantage point. Nothing leaves our shop unless we would be proud to give it to our loved ones. We realize that without our customers we would not be here and try our very best to be a meaningful and positive part of your gift giving experience.
